Come out and play!
If you commute, or stay at home, you will find yourself more committed to an exercise regime when done early in the morning. Morning exercisers have a better chance to succeed at their goals. In the morning you have the most energy as you have just spent 8hrs sleeping. Set your alarm 30min prior to your regular wake up time, have a cup of water and go for a brisk walk.
